1. The Parties and Subject Matter

The Park2Go platform and mobile application ("Platform") are operated by Digital Resources SRL, a legal entity registered in the Republic of Moldova, IDNO 1017600048429, with its registered office at bd. Dacia 29, ap. 99, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova ("Park2Go", "we", "us").

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Platform by persons who search for and book parking spaces ("Customers", "you").

By creating an account or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Our Role

2.1 Park2Go is an intermediation platform that connects Customers with the owners and operators of parking locations ("Providers").

2.2 The contract for the parking service is concluded directly between the Customer and the Provider. Park2Go is not a party to that contract, does not provide parking services, and does not sell such services in its own name.

2.3 Park2Go acts as the commercial agent of the Provider. Under an agency agreement, the Provider authorises us to conclude the sale of parking services in the Provider's name and on the Provider's behalf, and to collect the corresponding price in the Provider's name and on the Provider's behalf.

2.4 Park2Go does not act in the Customer's name, does not provide payment services to Customers, does not open payment accounts, does not issue electronic money, and does not offer electronic wallets, stored balances, or any other form of stored value.

3. Your Account

3.1 Using the Platform requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

3.2 The Platform is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over.

3.3 You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

4. Bookings

4.1 Information about parking locations (address, availability, price, dimensions, access conditions) is supplied by Providers, who are responsible for its accuracy.

4.2 A booking is concluded at the moment it is confirmed in the application, the contract arising between the Customer and the Provider identified in the confirmation.

4.3 The booking confirmation contains the Provider's identification and contact details, the reserved time slot, the price, and the cancellation conditions.

4.4 A 15-minute buffer applies between consecutive bookings, during which the Provider ensures the space is vacated and ready.

5. Price and Payment

5.1 The price of the parking service is set by the Provider and displayed in the application before you confirm a booking.

5.2 Payment is made by the Customer to the Provider, through Park2Go acting as the Provider's agent. From the moment Park2Go collects the amount, payment is deemed received by the Provider and you are released from your payment obligation towards the Provider.

5.3 Card transactions are technically processed by a licensed payment service provider. Park2Go does not have access to your payment instrument data.

5.4 The fiscal document for the parking service is issued by the Provider.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Providers have authorised Park2Go, through the agency agreement, to apply the cancellation conditions below in their name and to make the corresponding refunds.

6.2 Refunds are made exclusively to the original payment method. The Platform does not grant credits, vouchers, balances, or any other form of value usable within the Platform.

6.3 The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your card issuer and the payment service provider.

7. Customer No-Show

If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the reserved time and have not cancelled the booking, the booking is treated as expired, the amount paid is not refunded, and the parking space is released.

8. Unavailability of the Booked Space

8.1 If the Provider fails to make the booked space available, you receive a full refund of the amount paid, made to the original payment method.

8.2 In addition, the Provider owes you compensation in the amount set out in the agreement between the Provider and Park2Go, likewise paid to your original payment method. This compensation is borne entirely by the Provider. Park2Go does not guarantee performance of the parking service and assumes no obligations of its own in this respect.

8.3 Such incidents are recorded against the Provider's account and may lead to suspension or removal of the listing, in accordance with the agreement between the Provider and Park2Go.

9. Your Obligations

• use the parking space only within the reserved time slot and in accordance with the Provider's instructions;
• observe the rules displayed at the parking location;
• refrain from any conduct that would cause damage to the Provider, to other users, or to their property.

10. Community Standards and Enforcement

10.1 The following are prohibited: fraudulent bookings; use of payment instruments that do not belong to you; harassment or abusive conduct towards users, Providers, or our staff; fake or defamatory reviews; damage to property; repeated no-shows (three or more within 60 days); arranging transactions outside the Platform in order to avoid fees or accountability; identity fraud; discrimination on the basis of protected characteristics; and the use of bots, scripts, or other automated tools.

10.2 Enforcement is graduated:

• Level 1 — Warning. A written notice is sent to your registered email and the incident is recorded.
• Level 2 — Temporary suspension. The account is suspended for 14 to 30 days, depending on the severity of the breach.
• Level 3 — Termination. The account is closed and a ban on creating new accounts is applied.

10.3 For serious breaches — payment fraud, threats of violence, significant property damage, identity fraud, or conduct contrary to law — Level 3 may be applied directly, without prior warning.

10.4 Enforcement measures do not affect your entitlement to amounts refundable under Sections 6 and 8.

10.5 You may appeal a measure by writing to contact@park2go.io within 14 days. Appeals are reviewed by a member of our team not involved in the original decision, within 30 days.

11. Liability

11.1 The Provider is responsible to you for the performance of the parking service, for the condition, safety, and availability of the space, and for the accuracy of the information published.

11.2 Park2Go does not own, operate, or manage parking facilities and does not inspect or certify their condition or safety.

11.3 To the extent permitted by law, Park2Go is not liable for: theft, damage, or vandalism affecting vehicles or property left in them; personal injury occurring at a parking location; loss arising from inaccurate information supplied by a Provider; or disputes between Customer and Provider concerning the service.

11.4 This Section does not limit Park2Go's liability for its own acts, to the extent established by law.

12. Complaints and Disputes

12.1 Complaints concerning the parking service should be addressed to the Provider, whose contact details appear in the booking confirmation. Park2Go will mediate on request.

12.2 Complaints concerning the operation of the Platform should be addressed to Park2Go at contact@park2go.io.

12.3 Criminal matters, personal injury, and property damage must be reported to the competent authorities by the affected party.

13. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://park2go.io/privacy-policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms, notifying Customers through the application and, where appropriate, by email. Bookings confirmed before an amendment remain governed by the version in force at the time of confirmation.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
