Supplier Terms & Conditions

1. The Mandate You Grant to Park2Go

By listing a parking space, you appoint Digital Resources SRL, IDNO 1017600048429 (“Park2Go”), as your commercial agent and expressly authorise Park2Go:

• •to conclude the sale of your parking services through the platform in your name and on your behalf;
• •to collect the price payable by customers in your name and on your behalf. A payment collected by Park2Go is deemed received by you, and the customer is thereby released from their payment obligation towards you;
• •to issue booking confirmations to customers in your name.

Park2Go acts exclusively in your name and never in the name or on behalf of the customer. The contract for the parking service is concluded directly between you and the customer; Park2Go is not a party to it, does not provide parking services, and does not sell them in its own name.

2. Standing Instruction on Cancellations and Refunds

You instruct Park2Go, on a standing basis, to apply the cancellation conditions published in the customer Terms and Conditions in your name, and to make the corresponding refunds to customers on your behalf:

• •more than 2 hours before the reserved time — 100% refund;
• •between 30 minutes and 2 hours before the reserved time — 50% refund;
• •less than 30 minutes before the reserved time — no refund.

Refunds are made exclusively to the customer’s original payment method. Park2Go does not grant customers credits, vouchers, or balances usable within the platform.

3. Supplier Obligations

• •The parking space must be private property. Public parking spaces, streets, and sidewalks are not eligible.
• •You must provide valid proof of ownership or written authorization from the property owner.
• •You are responsible for ensuring the parking space is available and accessible during all booked time slots.
• •The space must be accurately described — photos, dimensions, and access instructions must reflect the actual conditions.
• •You must maintain the space in safe, usable condition.
• •You must provide the identification details that will be displayed to customers in the app and shown on fiscal documents, and keep them up to date.
• •You are responsible for issuing customers the fiscal documents for the parking service, in accordance with applicable law.
• •A 15-minute buffer period is automatically applied between consecutive bookings. During this time, the supplier must ensure the parking slot is vacated, clean, and ready for the next customer. This buffer is managed by the platform and cannot be modified by the supplier.
• •Any changes to availability, pricing, or conditions must be updated promptly in the app.
• •You remain responsible to the customer for the performance of the parking service, and for the condition, safety, and availability of the space.

4. Settlement

Amounts collected are transferred to the bank account on file within 3 business days of the booking being completed. This period reflects the fact that, until the service is rendered, a booking may still be cancelled and refunded under section 2, and that transactions must be reconciled with the payment service provider. It is not a guarantee or security held in favour of any party.

The amount settled is the price collected, less: the agency commission (section 5); the payment-processor fees applicable to the transaction; and any refunds or compensation payable by you under sections 2 and 6.

Amounts collected from customers are received into a dedicated bank account, held separately from Park2Go’s own operating funds. They are recorded as amounts payable to providers, do not constitute income of Park2Go, and are not used in Park2Go’s own activity. You may request information on amounts collected in your name at any time.

Where a customer initiates a chargeback relating to the parking service, the corresponding amount and any processor costs are deducted from subsequent settlements.

5. Agency Commission

Park2Go is entitled to an agency commission of 10% of the price of each completed booking. The commission becomes due on completion of the booking and is retained from the amounts collected at settlement, as described in section 4.

Park2Go issues you an invoice for the commission retained. Where a booking is refunded in full, no commission is due; where it is refunded in part, the commission is calculated on the amount retained.

6. Unavailability of a Booked Space

If you fail to make a booked space available at the reserved time, the customer receives a full refund of the amount paid, and you owe the customer compensation as set out in the agency agreement. Both amounts are borne by you and are deducted from settlements, Park2Go acting under the standing instruction in section 2.

Park2Go does not guarantee performance of the parking service and assumes no obligations of its own in this respect.

7. Enforcement Policy

• •First violation: written warning via notification and email.
• •Second violation: listing suspended for 30 days.
• •Third violation or severe breach: permanent ban from the supplier program.
• •Disputes are handled through in-app resolution, then Park2Go support, then local authorities.

8. Park2Go's Rights and Duties Under the Mandate

• •Park2Go publishes your listings identifying you as the provider of the parking service, and discloses to customers that it acts as your agent and collects payment in your name and on your behalf.
• •Park2Go transmits to you, without delay, the information needed to provide the service (reserved slot, vehicle identification).
• •Park2Go keeps separate records of amounts collected for each provider and each booking, and provides you with settlement reports.
• •Park2Go reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing for safety, legal, or quality reasons.
• •Park2Go is not liable for damage to vehicles or property, or for the performance of the parking service.
