Supplier Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Park2Go as a parking supplier. By listing a parking space on Park2Go, you accept the obligations, enforcement policy, and platform rights set out below.

1. Supplier Obligations

  • The parking space must be private property. Public parking spaces, streets, and sidewalks are not eligible.
  • You must provide valid proof of ownership or written authorization from the property owner.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the parking space is available and accessible during all booked time slots.
  • The space must be accurately described — photos, dimensions, and access instructions must reflect the actual conditions.
  • You must maintain the space in safe, usable condition.
  • A 15-minute buffer period is automatically applied between consecutive bookings. During this time, the supplier must ensure the parking slot is vacated, clean, and ready for the next customer. This buffer is managed by the platform and cannot be modified by the supplier.
  • Any changes to availability, pricing, or conditions must be updated promptly in the app.

2. Commission & Payouts

Park2Go charges a 15% service commission on every booking completed through the platform. The commission is deducted automatically from the booking amount before payout.

Net payouts (booking total minus the 15% commission and any applicable payment-processor fees) are transferred to the bank account on file on a rolling basis, typically within 5–10 business days after the booking is completed.

Refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations are processed in line with the customer cancellation policy. When a booking is refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed.

3. Enforcement Policy

  • First violation: written warning via notification and email.
  • Second violation: listing suspended for 30 days.
  • Third violation or severe breach: permanent ban from the supplier program.
  • Disputes are handled through in-app resolution, then Park2Go support, then local authorities.

4. Park2Go Rights

  • Park2Go reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing for safety, legal, or quality reasons.
  • Park2Go takes a 15% service commission on each completed booking as described in section 2.
  • Park2Go is not liable for damage to vehicles or property.
