To request the deletion of your Park2Go account, fill out the form below. Our team will process your request and confirm via email.
What happens when you delete your account
- •Your personal data will be anonymized
- •Account deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period
- •Active bookings must be cancelled or completed first
- •Any pending refunds will still be processed
You can delete your account instantly from the Park2Go app — no waiting required. Go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account.
